Returns and Refunds
You have 14 days from the delivery of your entire order to request an online return for any reason. The first return is free, and for subsequent returns of items from the same order, the shipping costs will be your responsibility. Therefore, we recommend returning everything in a single shipment. The process is quick and easy.
Access your order history through your online account if you are a registered user, or visit the “Track your order” page if you placed the order as a guest.
Click on “Request Return” in the top right corner and follow the instructions. You will be asked to specify the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. Then choose the “Home pickup” option and enter the necessary collection details. When initiating the “Home pickup” process, you can select the date you want the courier to collect the package. You will receive a confirmation email from us with the prepaid return label attached, as well as the courier label.
Prepare the package with the items you selected for return, seal it, and attach the prepaid return label.
You will receive your refund within 7–10 days from the acceptance of the return.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued by crediting the amount back to your credit card or PayPal account, depending on the payment method used for the purchase.
It usually takes between 7–10 business days from the moment the return is accepted to process the refund and credit the amount (the timing depends on your bank or financial institution and may take longer in some cases).
If the return concerns the entire order, any shipping costs paid at the time of purchase will be refunded. If the return concerns only part of the order, shipping costs will not be refunded (if they were paid).
Orders cannot be returned if the return instructions are not followed correctly and/or if the items are not intact and in their original condition.
EXCHANGES
Items from online orders cannot be exchanged.
